Urethanizer 100% Acrylic Urethane Elastomeric White Reflective Roof Sealer

Urethanizer is a premium 100% acrylic roof sealer modified with urethane and silicone. The ceramic and natural fibre-reinforced formula promotes excellent dirt pickup resistance and UV ray reflectance, which may create significant energy savings. The high-solids sealer provides a thick waterproof and weatherproof seal that adheres tightly to a wide variety of roofing surfaces. It applies blue and turns ultra-white after the product dries.

• May be applied with roller, brush, squeegee or sprayer
• Covers approximately 2.5 sq.metres. per litre on metal roofs
• For previously coated roofs, concrete/masonry, metal, rubberised asphalt, rubberised mastic, trailers and wood
• Dry to touch: 1 hour; Dry to recoat: 24 hours
