If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a refund or replacement.  Please contact us at  info@procoatings.co.nz to arrange a replacement/refund.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of paint products unless they are faulty.

If you place an order and then decide to cancel it, you must call us immediately on 0800383762.  Please do not email as email messages are not always received as quickly.  If your order has been processed, there will be a $7 cancellation fee.  Any order already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
